Terms of use

Dolly – Mail-Rail is a personal tool for its configured owner. It is not offered as a public service, and this website does not grant access to it.

Authorized use

The owner controls the email account, Google Calendar authorization, and computer running the assistant. Sending a clear calendar request from the allowed email address authorizes creation of that event. Dolly asks for missing details and reports the result by email.

Review and availability

Automated interpretation can make mistakes. The owner should review the returned event details and make any corrections in Google Calendar. Responses depend on the computer being awake and connected, scheduled polling, and the availability of Google and the configured AI service. Dolly should not be relied on for emergency or time-critical actions.

Scope and privacy

The current assistant creates individual timed events. It does not support invitations, recurring events, changes, or cancellations. Its use of personal information is described in the privacy policy. Google and other providers' services remain subject to their own terms.

Stopping use

The owner may stop the local process and revoke Google authorization at any time. Existing events remain until removed in Google Calendar.
